I wanted to start a blog about travel because, frankly, its all I talk about (lol) and I tend to find really awesome deals! I also plan vacations for friends and family, so people come to me for help or to just talk travel in general.

I would love to be one of those travel bloggers that quits my job and just travels the world living off the land and shit. The thing is I have jobs I kinda love and family/friends that I would really miss! And I don’t really like to travel alone because I enjoy sharing experiences with people. I go in herds (LOL). There is nothing I love more than exploring a new country with some old friends and making some new ones along the way! I’m just a Jersey girl (that belongs in Cali) who spends 9-5 daydreaming (while typing away vigorously in my cubicle, of course), nights and weekends as a photographer, and every second in between spent engulfed in anything travel related. Like seriously, it’s an addiction.

So I want to put my deal-getting powers to good use & help you see the world! Have your next vacation spot in mind? Hit me up with any questions you may have, I’d love to help you!

What’s my

objective?

Well, that’s simple. I want everyone to travel more! And I’m going to show you how to do it- whether you want Budget, Basic, or Ballerrrrr. I will cover some top destinations and break down for you how to get there, where to stay, and what to do- even on a budget! Whether it’s for a quick weekend getaway or for a long overdue & well deserved vacation. 

We spend so much of our days just trying to make it through the trials of everyday life- working/paying bills/taking care of everyone else- that we forget to take care of ourselves. We forget to do things that just make us happy. Life was not meant to be spent working all the time, or running from here to there, always on a schedule. That’s exhausting. You need to refuel. You were meant to EXPLORE-DREAM-DISCOVER (thanks Mark Twain 😉 ). And there’s a whole world out there waiting for you!

I know, I know- you’re so busy you don’t have time to research and plan a trip. Plus, it’s so expensive. Let’s start with the latter. I just stayed in a gorgeous beachfront hotel in Mykonos, Greece for $62/night (including breakfast & transport) during peak season. You can’t even stay in the dinkiest hotel in South Jersey for that price. I once stayed this Villa in Bali for $500pp for 8 days (Including breakfasts, mini bar, some lunches/dinners, a few massages, transportation, snorkel equipment, a friendly 24/7 staff and an amazing chef). The gems are there, they just have to be discovered.

And I know it can be overwhelming to plan & research with your already overly packed schedule, so leave it up to Jac Of All Travels! I’ll do the research and share the best I’ve found, through my own travels or through countless hours of research. I want to make it easier for you to see the world too!
